Shipping policy
We ship from our storehouse in USA and the delivery time ranges from 4 to 12 business days after your order is processed, you can review the order delivery information and track your shipment.
If the delivered products have obvious physical defects or production defects, including damage caused by shipping, please contact our support team by email or WhatsApp to provide you with the required support.
Cancellations
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be canceled after the order is processed.
To cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, Fawah is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
